Suki Waterhouse

Suki Waterhouse didn’t do any real harm when she claimed she uses Coca-Cola to wash her luscious blonde head of hair. In conversation with Us Weekly the British model and singer said in 2015, “I rinse my hair with Coca-Cola sometimes.” She added, “I don’t like my hair washed — it’s fine and limp — but Coca-Cola makes it messy like I’ve walked the Amazon or something.”

The hot tip apparently stuck in the minds of some fans, as one asked Waterhouse on November 4 if she still preferred coke to shampoo. The star then decided to come out with the truth seven years later. “Ok…I have to be honest I got bored doing hair interviews and said so. I never did,” she tweeted. She also subsequently shared a screenshot of a “Bustle” article by Jessica Booth, in which she described trying Waterhouse’s Coke method. “I played Jessica a bad joke,” admitted the 30-year-old.

Jonny Greenwood

Famed musician and composer Jonny Greenwood revealed that when he first started at Radiohead, he put his keyboard on display and only pretended to play during rehearsals. Speaking to NPR’s Fresh Air, Greenwood said, “Thoms [Yorke] Band had a keyboard player – [mit dem,] I think they couldn’t cope because he played the keyboard so loud. So when I got the chance to play with them, I immediately made sure my keyboard was on display,” he admitted. “I must have been rehearsing with them for months on that keyboard and they didn’t know I had it on display already .”

But that is not all! “They made a lot of fuss, quite a bit of noise. There was just noise and distortion – so I pretended to play for weeks and Thom said, ‘I can’t quite hear what you’re doing, but I think you add a really interesting texture ‘Cause I can feel when you’re not playing,'” he said. “And I was like, ‘No, you can’t, because I don’t really play.’ And then I’d go home at night and practice playing the chords, and then over the next few months I’d carefully crank the keyboard up. And that’s how I got into Radiohead.”
