Inflation Rate in the United States Slows to 3%, Still Above Fed’s Target: Economic News

The annual rate of inflation in the United States slowed in June to 3% from 4% in May, according to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics released on Wednesday.

But it is still above the Federal Reserve’s target of 2%.
