FIFA Decision Prevents Cristiano Ronaldo’s Saudi Club from Signing Players: Debt to Leicester Explained

Cristiano Ronaldo’s Saudi club will be prevented from signing up players by FIFA decision, according to the English newspaper “The Mirror”. At stake is a debt to Leicester, when Al Nassr closed the signing of Ahmed Musa, a former striker of the English club, transferred to Saudi Arabia in 2018.

At the time, the deal amounted to 18.5 million euros and, according to the latest information, the club still has to pay 460,000 euros to Leicester, due to a portion related to the sporting income of the Nigerian striker.
