Bola.net – Manchester United will play a test match for the 2023/2024 pre-season against Leeds United at Oslo’s Ullevaal Stadium. The match between Manchester United vs Leeds will be played on Wednesday (12/7/2023) starting at 22.00 WIB.
United have started pre-season training at Carrington since last week. United’s training sessions have not been attended by team members in full. Players who appeared in international matches in early June are still on vacation.
However, some of the main players have come and joined the training sessions. Jadon Sancho, Lisandro Martinez, Raphael Varane and Anthony Martial are in the first team. They are believed to be played in the duel against Leeds.
Apart from that, there are several players who have come home from loan and might be played. Amad Diallo played well at Sunderland last season. Then, there is Hannibal Mejbri who plays regularly with Birmingham City.

‘Debut’ Mason Mount?
Apart from the names above, there is one player that United fans are really looking forward to seeing. That player is none other than Mason Mount. As a new recruit, the 24-year-old player’s actions were awaited by United fans.
Mount did not play when England competed in the Euro 2024 qualifiers due to injury. So, he joined United pre-season from the start. Mount is recovering from the injuries he received.
Mount has been training regularly and could make his United debut unofficially. Manchester Evening News illustrated that Mount had a good connection with Hannibal Mejbri on the pitch.

Leeds United Stay Strong

Leeds United relegated from the Premier League. Even so, Daniel Farke’s concoction team cannot be underestimated. Their player material is still quite good and Erik ten Hag has to watch out for.
Leeds still has Wilfried Gnonto, a young winger from Italy. Leeds also still has Tyler Adams, Jack Harrison, Junior Firpo, Illan Meslier and Crysencio Crysencio. Then, there is the former United player, Daniel James.
