(Newspaper Nordland): The three guests arrived at Bodø Airport at 17:00 on Tuesday. The trio landed in Bodø in the exclusive Gulfstream G550 private jet, which can take up to 16 passengers.
The aircraft came from the private airport in Farnborough, a few miles south-west of London.
Already on Tuesday morning, the crew of the 81-metre-long luxury yacht Sea Eagle II worked hard to prepare the sailing yacht, which is the world’s largest with an aluminum hull.
See video of the yacht below.
Every time they returned on board, the crew had to neatly remove their shoes – which the guests who arrived later in the day also had to do.
Sea Eagle II was built in the Netherlands and launched in 2020 at a cost of 100 million dollars. It is owned by the Taiwanese billionaire and philanthropist Dr. Samuel Yin – who is worth around NOK 40 billion.
However, he was nowhere to be seen in the yacht, which has six cabins with room for eleven people. And the number of crew members is 14.

Here they arrive on the luxury yacht
According to Yachtcharterfleet, it costs around NOK six million to rent the yacht for a week.
Just before arrival, the crew on board had washed and cleaned – as well as decorated some of the tables on deck.
Minutes before the guests arrived, they had to cover up because of the raindrops, before five minutes later they removed everything again.
The three guests were welcomed by a double-digit number of crew on the boat.
According to AN’s knowledge, they will sail for a few days along the Nordland coast, using only the boat’s engines.
