Düsseldorf Tax Office Employee Accused of Multiple Counts of Rape and Physical Harm

Düsseldorf – The allegations against the accused S. (45) are too harsh to be read out publicly. The man, who was employed by the Düsseldorf tax office at the time of the crime, is accused by the public prosecutor of five counts of rape and physical harm. Victims are said to be two women – the sex attacks are said to have happened at least once in the offices of the tax office!

However, the presiding judge of the 11th Trial Chamber ruled on Tuesday that the most intimate details of the indictment should not be presented in a public trial. Also to protect the two women who S. is said to have brutally abused and humiliated.

According to BILD information, the man is said to have visited one of the women with whom he was in a relationship at the time in her office in the tax office, pulled her hair and orally abused her while she was still at her desk.

Months later he is said to have visited his colleague in her apartment, raped her and hit her so badly that her eardrum burst. A second woman is said to have been brutally abused by the man.

The case is being heard in a branch of the district court in Düsseldorf

According to defense attorney Nicolai F. Mameghani, the use of violence during sex could also have been consensual. It may not have been apparent to his client that the actions were against the will of the women.
