See: National Dance Company
This double program America y Europainvites you on a journey to some of the most iconic dance pieces from both continents.
We offer newly created pieces (A tu vera), neoclassical and iconic pieces (Tschaikovsky Pas de Deux or Apollo de Balanchine), works by authors who had hardly been performed in Spain despite their overwhelming success on the other side of the pond (Justin Peck, Peter Martins o Twyla Tharp).
We have developed a wide repertoire with works by great classical or established contemporary authors (Jirí Kylián, sun lion, Paul Lightfoot) and with others originally created for training that make us unique and recognizable.
All this accompanied by the Orchestra of the Community of Madrid and by soloists of high stature who will accompany us on the piano, violin or flamenco guitar. The public will be able to see a company of versatile artists, with an eclectic repertoire and a strong identity of their own.
