So what causes negative thoughts to arise? Dr. said Andri the human brain is very interesting because of the fact that the brain is happy with negative things! Because this is a process of anticipation in the central nervous system. The goal is none other than to achieve stability of survival.

In addition, genetic or innate factors from the brain, to thoughts that are also developed by an upbringing, to environmental factors that affect at least 40 percent of the human mindset. All of this is also referred to as another factor that triggers someone to have negative thoughts.

Given the minimal benefits, negative thoughts in the brain should not be allowed to drag on because they must be overcome. The key, in overcoming negative thoughts can not be done instantly. “This is important because our memory really likes something extraordinary and meaningful,” said Dr. Andri

“This must be considered, as something that might make us have a different perspective after getting negative information too often,” he continued.
