“Three individuals” aged 18, 17 and 14, “who had no criminal record”, were indicted in this case, according to the prosecution.
On the night of July 5 to 6, police officers from the Valenciennes police station intervened in Vieux-Condé following the attack on this man “who was discovered lying on the public highway”.
