Officialize or not the results
Although some opinions affirm that the final resolution of the CSJ must be awaited to continue with the process normally, the TSE magistrates have stated that there is a possibility of proceeding to make the results of the election held on June 25 official.
The constitutional resolution of July 1 establishes that the formalization will remain suspended until the TSE meets the following conditions: carry out the repetition of the scrutiny hearings, refine the process and analyze the annulment appeals presented. Once these actions are carried out, the court will be able to make the results official.
In this sense, the president of the Court, Irma Palencia, affirmed that at this moment they are waiting for the delivery of some records by the Departmental Electoral Boards. Once received, the possible annulments will be analyzed and then proceed to formalize and assign the corresponding charges.
