Niantic has announced the next event Pokémon GOIts about July Community Day featuring Poliwag.
Community Day in July will be celebrated Sunday, July 30 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time), where Poliwag will spawn more often in the wild, and it’s even mentioned that if you’re lucky you might find a Shiny.
It is mentioned that for $1.00 or the equivalent in their local currency players will be able to access the exclusive Community Day research story which is titled Slippery Swirls.
On top of all this, at the conclusion of the three-hour Community Day event, Trainers You will be able to participate in special four-star raids from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.and if you achieve victory in one of these raids, more Poliwag will spawn for 30 minutes around the Gym where the raid was held.
Poliwag can evolve into Poliwhirl, and then Poliwrath or Politoed. By the way, you will be able to evolve Poliwhirl with a Pride Rock during the event or up to five hours after it ends to get a Politoed that knows the Ice Beam charged attack.
