Lost Cell Phone in Munich: Vacationer Searches with Note in Hopes of Return

In Munich, a stranger lost his mobile phone and then searched for it with a note. Apparently he was only a guest on vacation.

Munich – Mobile phone, keys, wallet: These are probably the items that most people take with them when they go out. Once one of these things has disappeared, your heart will quickly sink into your pants. It must have been the same for a person in Munich who lost their mobile phone in the Bavarian capital.

A photo of a crumpled note that the unlucky raven had previously written was posted on the “Notes of Germany” Instagram page. It read: “If someone finds my phone. Please bring it to me.” But where should the possible finders deliver it? The searcher had also added the hotel in which he was staying at the time. “Super 8 hotel. Room 316” was the statement.

Cell phone lost in Munich: seeker asks for help with a note

Only there could be several confusions. On the one hand, there are two Super 8 hotels in Munich. One in the north, near the Domagkpark and one in the west of the state capital, directly at the Laim S-Bahn station. This was also noticed by a user who commented on the photo on Instagram. “Oh no, there are two Super 8 hotels in Munich.”

However, the finder would still have had the option of simply calling the hotel and asking whether the guest in room 316 was missing his mobile phone. On the other hand, it is not certain whether the person who finds the mobile phone will also see the note and can then return it accordingly.

However, it is unclear how the story ended. But maybe the unlucky raven was lucky and an honest finder brought the cell phone back to its owner.
