Ehab Tawfik’s Unforgettable Moment at Alaa Abdel-Khalek’s Burial Ceremony

Ehab Tawfik “stayed next to” the late singer in the cemetery crying and praying for him, and he did not feel that time was passing and the burial ceremony was ending, which almost caused the doors of the cemetery to close for him.

This sadness appeared on the faces of the stars of the nineties of the last century, who accompanied the late and together wrote many success stories.

In this context, the Egyptian media, Mona Abdel-Ghani, who participated with the late singer Hanan in the “Friends” band, told her what Hala, the wife of the late singer, told her.

Mona Abdel-Ghani appeared on her program, accompanied by singer Hanan, and mentioned to her that the wife of the late singer told her that Ihab Tawfiq had an “unforgettable situation” during the burial ceremony of Alaa Abdel-Khalek.

And she confirmed that Ihab Tawfiq “was present next to” the late singer in the cemetery, crying and praying for him, and he did not feel the time was passing and the burial ceremony was ending, which almost caused the cemetery’s doors to close on him.

It was circulated by Egyptian websites for Ihab Tawfik during the funeral

Mona Abdel-Ghani told the story while fighting back her tears, and thanked her colleagues from the generation of the nineties, noting that she is communicating with the Syndicate of Musical Professions in order to hold a “eulogy worthy of one of the most important stars of the generation.”

For her part, the Mu’tazila singer Hanan spoke about the great similarity of the singers of this generation. She recounted what happened when she met Hamid Al-Shaeri and Alaa Abdel-Khaleq, as the latter made her listen to the song “Mersal”, and told her that this song was prepared for her, but he liked it and decided to get it.

She stressed that this type of situation was “very amicably” between the children of the nineties generation “because of the ethics they were brought up with and their feeling that they are one family, and their success is one.”
