The most cluttered area with old cars is Shabany.
“According to this indicator, unfortunately, due to objective reasons, the “factory workers” are among the leaders in the city. So, in our district, one of the largest private sectors in the capital, the Shabany industrial zone is also in charge, where a lot of auto junk accumulates. The lowered social responsibility of motorists in the capital also has an effect. Some of them even transport old iron horses to the Zavodskoy district in the hope of hiding the ends in the water,” Gaiduk explained.
According to her, sometimes in Minsk even cars of other countries are thrown away.
“Sometimes they fix on our territory the junk transport of other states – with transit numbers or without them at all. But search activities always make it possible to establish their owners,” said the head of the department.
