New Delhi: Five deaths have been confirmed due to heavy rains in North India. The deaths were confirmed in Delhi and Rajasthan. In Delhi, a 58-year-old woman died after the ceiling of her flat collapsed. Four people died in heavy rains in Rajasthan within 24 hours. Heavy rain continues in Delhi and nearby areas today. The city recorded 153 mm of rain in 24 hours. The annual Amarnath Yatra has been suspended for the third consecutive day due to rain and landslides.
