Lerma, State of Mexico, July 7, 2023.- Within the framework of the anniversary of Special Levels that includes Special Education, Adult Education, Physical Education and Cultural Missions, Section 17 of the SNTE recognized the work that teachers of this level carry out every day in the Valley of Toluca.
In the celebration, Eliud Terrazas Ceballos, general secretary of the union organization, told the education workers of these levels that their benefits will remain intact with the arrival of the new administration in the state government and acknowledged in the future governor her interest in preserve them.
Terrazas Ceballos reported that although there are other unions that try to confuse and divide the SNTE to obtain personal benefits, the union organization is stronger than ever and continues with the plans and projects established since the beginning of its administration for the benefit of the working class and its families.
“It is unfortunate that despite all the efforts, there are still those who continue to bet on segregation and intolerance, but there are more of us who work from the classroom every day, in this case, for inclusion, helping to include a school open to the public. diversity”.
The union leader of the 17, also expressed that this educational sector requires personnel with an adequate profile and a high degree of specialization, above all, he said, the human being is required to preach a teaching vocation that is expressed with the heart
He added that the main objective that is required with young people who have a disability and who have completed their studies, can find an opportunity to enter the labor field, while for the Cultural Missions adults who overcome illiteracy have the same opportunities to contribute to an increasingly productive country.
Despite the fact that it is the hundredth anniversary of the Cultural Missions, Terrazas Ceballos indicated that its creation transcends further back in time.
