During the Panel From Hell broadcast hosted by Larian Studios, new footage from Baldur’s Gate 3 was shown.
In addition to the updated and significantly improved character editor, as well as the demonstration of the gameplay, the studio decided to show animal passion, and in the literal sense: Astarion decided to play a little “naughty” with the druid who turned into a bear.
The developers deliberately emphasized the absurdity of the scene by showing the squirrel, which even dropped the acorn from shock.
«Every person that sees it is like, “My God.” But it’s funny”, commented the head of Larian Sven Winke, who called the scene “homeric funny».
TikTok moderators did not share the joy of Sven and everyone who found the scene funny, and blocked Larian’s account.
