The driver of a tractor-trailer escaped without serious consequences after an accident on Highway 138 this morning, around 7:45 a.m., about 30 km east (km 1058) of the Donald-Gallienne bridge (Moisie river).
The man would have gone off the road. The vehicle was badly damaged, but the driver suffered only minor injuries.
“Drowsiness was the cause of the accident,” said Sergeant Hugues Beaulieu.
