On Friday, French actress Isabelle Adjani released a joint song entitled Les courants d’air (“Les courants d’air”) with the leader of the French band “Louis Attack” Gaetan Roucel, in preparation for a future album.
The new album includes a group of joint songs with French and international singers
“Les Coran d’Er” belongs to electro music, in which the voices of the actress and singer were purified using the “Autotation” technology, and it is reminiscent of the song “Titekool”, which was composed by the French Kavinsky and formed the soundtrack to the movie “Drive”.
The new song is part of an album to be released later, which is the second for the actress after that, in which she collaborated with the late star Serge Gainsbourg 40 years ago, and included the song “Pull Marine.”
The new album, which has been in the drawers since 2006, and which Le Parisien newspaper expected to be released at the end of this year, includes a group of joint songs with French and international singers, including Seal, Youssou N’Dour, Simon Le Bon from the “Duran Duran” band, David Sylvian of the “Japan” band, and Peter Murphy “Bauhaus” and other artists, three of whom died.
Adjani said about the album, which took 17 years to work on, in an interview with the “RTL” station, that it was “an adventure behind which there was nothing but a desire to come to the studio to record and surrender to the music,” describing herself as “an actress who sings.”
