At 11 o’clock, the residents of Pitesti in the Tancodrom area were left without electricity.

There would be nothing out of the ordinary if it were about some scheduled work or a particular situation.

But in the area, there would be problems with electricity every day, an outraged resident of Pitesti who lives on Zambilelor street tells us.

Alexandru Tămăianu, 52, says that there have been network failures since 2007. Today’s situation has put a lid on it.

“Everyone here has no electricity, and across Calea Drăgășani, the Capitol area. From 11 o’clock, every hour I call at THROUGH (nrCEZ Distribucie became Distribucie Oltenia), and to those who are suppliers, and to distributors. That they walk me from one to the other.

For the first 3 hours they said they didn’t have any information from the teams but it would be fixed. After 3 hours, an employee told me that in 40 minutes, an hour the supply will resume.

“No one was working!”

I was later called by a neighbor who personally went to see and there was no one. So simply no one was working!

In the last 2 hours I called. The operator told me that she does not contact the teams in the field, it was not her fault. Naturally they didn’t answer because there was no one.

This problem is from 2007. Every day the power goes out, between 1 minute and 5 minutes.

There is a highway and because in the years it was built and there are many consumers, no investments were made, I also understood from the workers over time.

“I’ll sit by the candlelight!”

It is from the time of Ceaușescu. Don’t face it. Every day the electricity goes out. But this time it was stopped from 11 o’clock.

In reality there is no team on the field.

It was sunny, it rained – of course no one came then. Now it’s sunny again and there’s no one.”

“We’re sitting in the dark, night is coming, I’m going to go buy candles so I can sit by candlelight! This is inadmissible! But we pay the bills!”

The problem was fixed a few minutes before 7 p.m., just before the publication of this material, Alexandru Tămăianu from Pitesti informed us.
