“Even PSSI has invited the legend of the Chelsea club, Dennis Wise and the coach of the Indonesian National Team, Shin Tae-yong to select the best players for the Indonesian U-17 team,” continued the Vietnamese media.
Indonesia as the host of the U-17 World Cup will be placed in pot 1 as one of the leading teams along with other strong countries such as Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Germany and France.
Previously, PSSI general chairman Erick Thohir said Bima Sakti would be given a companion. In fact, the new technical director (dirtek) may also accompany Bima.
The U-17 Indonesian national team will compete in the 2023 U-17 World Cup after FIFA announced Indonesia as the host. Considering that this championship is quite prestigious, it certainly requires careful preparation.
