The mayor of the metropolitan region “Izgrev”, doctor Delyan Georgiev, saved the golden girl Tsveti Stoyanova after her suicide attempt years ago. He revealed this himself at the three-day celebration of the neighborhood.
One of the highlights of the celebrations was the first summer cinema in the area, where Marian Valev’s film “Chalga”, with which Tsveti debuted in the cinema, was shown.
Here is what the regional mayor Dr. Delyan Georgiev wrote on his personal Facebook profile:
“I watched the screening with interest, with the participation of Tsvetelina Stoyanova – the “golden girl”, who tried to end her earthly path in real life in 2016. The same day I was on shift at the CSMP – Sofia. We received a report from the 112 headquarters about a person who had fallen from the sixth floor woman. As the chief of the duty brigade, I immediately ordered a resuscitation team to go to the scene of the accident. The colleagues coped brilliantly with the task, and thanks to the quick and professional help, Tsveti was saved. Now I was happy to see her on the big screen. Life is a beautiful, priceless gift…”
