Thousands of camp residents were inside shelters and hospitals in the city of Jenin, and they rushed back on foot to their camp immediately after the occupation withdrew, despite the complete power outage. Local sources told The New Arab that the occupation caused great damage to the electricity network and infrastructure.

“There is severe destruction everywhere, alleys and streets that have been completely swept away, houses that have been bombed, cars that have been crushed by Israeli tanks,” journalist Shatha Hanaysha told Al-Araby Al-Jadeed from the center of the camp.

The Israeli occupation army stormed the Jenin camp at dawn on Monday, in the largest incursion since Operation Defensive Wall in 2002, when more than 3,000 soldiers, 200 military vehicles and dozens of aircraft participated in the incursion, killing 12 Palestinians and injuring 100 others, 20 of whom were killed. dangerous situation.
