What we know about the ‘new stealth revolution’

The new revolution in the world of football comes at the hands of Arsene Wenger, and it concerns offside cases. The French coach presented his idea to the IFAB Council, to be tested in the coming weeks in a number of European leagues. The idea for Wenger, who holds the position of director of the development committee, came after he was asked by FIFA President Gianni Infantino to suggest ideas that would improve the attacking line in the game.
