The “Open Stage” pauses in August. This gave Bernd Mende known on Saturday. Before there is a new edition of the popular series in the “Kulturbahnhof Parapluie” on September 2nd, things got going again in Lerchenfeld on Saturday evening. The stage show was opened by the Windischeschenbach band “Dry Cherry Pie”, which made its debut at the same location a month ago. Then “Catsdorf”, a combo from Regensburg, entered the stage with rock and blues numbers. She also gave an amazing performance.

The stage was now free for the jam sessions, for countless, great musicians. Among them was a young couple from the Ukraine. Despite all the language barriers and the horrors of war, it showed how music connects people.
The very first time presented itself Sylvia King with their self-composed song “A’s Lehm spüit heid”. She was from Steve Long accompanied, who had written the melody. Almost all of the musicians delivered a wonderful conclusion to the evening with a joint performance.
