In accordance with the Hunting Rules, the hunting season for snipe opens in Belarus from July 8. It will last until August 12, they said in Minleshoes.
During the specified period, it is allowed to hunt during daylight hours for snipe of any gender and age using a gun method from the approach only with a hunting dog (hunting dogs). At the same time, it is allowed to use smooth-bore hunting weapons using cartridges filled with shot, and hunting dogs: pointers, spaniels, retrievers. It should be noted that no more than three hunters can hunt with one dog. In the hunting vouchers issued to hunters, in the column “Special Conditions” the breed, nickname, number and other data of the dog’s registration card are indicated.
In addition, you can hunt snipe without a gun. In this case, hunting birds will be the permitted hunting tool.
