Yesterday afternoon’s heavy traffic, combined with heavy rain, made travel to and from the Southern Black Sea Coast dangerous. Especially for more inexperienced drivers. And the tally from today’s serious accident is one dead and five injured, two of whom are in serious condition and life-threatening.
An 18-year-old man died on the Kiten-Primorsko road during a risky overtaking. According to the police, the young man was driving at an unreasonable speed and undertook a risky overtaking of a column of cars.
Because of the wet pavement, his car skidded and hit an oncoming car head-on.

The driver died on the spot, his two passengers were also injured. A family with a child was traveling in the other car. The mother is seriously injured, the child has a broken leg.
