Lawyer Odd Kalsnes in Boa Eiendom and real estate agent Hans Houeland in DNB form a new real estate brokerage company aimed at the luxury market.
The brokers have resigned from their jobs, and confirm the above E24 on Monday that they will establish a real estate business aimed at the luxury segment.
– I do not have any details on this, other than that I can confirm that there is something in the pipeline, says Houeland to E24.
Neither Houeland nor Kalsnes have answered DN’s inquiries.
Increased activity before summer
To E24, Houeland tells the two luxury brokers that they calculated that before the summer they had more than 50 percent of the most expensive objects in Oslo and the surrounding area for sale, and then found that the timing was good to join forces.

He further expresses that the luxury market has been calm for a while, but now that there are now signs of change. “It’s the calm before the storm,” says Houeland to E24, adding that in the last two weeks before the summer they have noticed increased activity in the form of bids and interested buyers.
