From this morning, July 3, according to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, candidates across the country will start to register and adjust their admissions aspirations on the enrollment portal of the Ministry of Education and Training or the National public service portal. .
Practice registration period extended to 6-7. Candidates use their personal accounts previously granted to register their wishes, make adjustments, pay fees, etc. on the system. After the practice period, all data will be deleted.
Candidates will officially register and adjust their admission requirements (unlimited number of times) on the enrollment portal of the Ministry of Education and Training from July 10 to 17:00 on July 30.
Similar to the previous year, candidates are allowed to register and adjust their admission requests without limit on the number of times and the number of requests. Candidates who have been matriculated early at schools or want to apply for admission by high school graduation exam scores must re-register on the ministry’s online system to receive official results.

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, this year’s new feature is that candidates only register their aspirations according to their majors/programmes without having to write down specific admission methods.
The Ministry of Education and Training notes that desire 1 is the most priority aspiration, and when it comes to virtual filtering, candidates can only qualify for one, so candidates need to arrange the order in accordance with their own wishes.
Then, from July 31 to 5:00 p.m. on August 6, candidates pay the admission fee online. No later than 5:00 p.m. on August 22, training institutions announce candidates who have passed the first batch.
According to statistics from the Ministry of Education and Training, of more than 1 million candidates taking the high school graduation exam this year, 89.52% of them registered for the exam both to consider graduation and to apply for admission to universities and colleges.
The results of the high school graduation exam in 2023 will be announced simultaneously at 8:00 am on July 18 at the Departments of Education and Training and registration units.
