While the wound has not completely healed after the death of Dezy Monstre three months ago, the Malagasy football world is once again in mourning. The former Club M, no less from the same promotion, Albert Razanajatovo, bowed out yesterday at the age of 69. He was very well known under the nickname of Albert Demony, given his know-how, which had impressed his opponents. He was an essential defender in Club M, as brilliant as Kiki, Alban or Goal Be, Ferdinand. He was a native of Soanierana Ivongo. It was at the CHRD of this district that he passed away yesterday morning. This former glory had played with Fortior de la Côte Ouest (FCO) Mahajanga and Act les Routiers. But he was repeatedly selected in the national team. In 1980, Club M, where Albert Demony played, was the team that started a preparation session in Toamasina, under the leadership of Peter Schnittger, before meeting the Tanzanian team. Which was forfeited and replaced by the Cameroon team. A little anecdote, the goalkeeper of the Malagasy, Albert, had worn a cap during this match in Mahamasina. By the time he was busy picking up his fallen cap, the ball had found its way to the net. Club M had however won the match with the score of 2 to 1 before being beaten by 5 to 1 in the return match in Cameroon. To all his family and friends, Midi Madagasikara presents his sincere condolences
