A few days ago, at the Open room in Flers (Orne), a reception was organized for the employees of thebusiness to celebrate the forty, thirty-five, thirty and twenty years of presence in the Charal company.

“I am happy to meet you again for this ceremony and to be able to spend time together”, noted Jérôme Besseau, director of the company.

The value of work no longer has the same meaning today, the relationship to work has changed. Your presence is important, because we need you for your skills in the over 50s, the role of passing on. For young people, the value of work is no longer the same, there is not the same attachment as the older generation of which you are a part. Covid-19 hasn’t helped: young people remain fully involved, they like the brand, but don’t hesitate to change employers.
