The identities of the three victims were identified as RHM (4 years old), R.O.R. (2 years old, both children of Mr. KPU) and grandson R.O.H. (4 years old, her son RHE, living in Puh Chik village, Ia Rsai commune).

According to initial information, at around 4:00 pm on July 1, Mrs. RHE did not see her child in the upland hut in Pan village (Ia Rsai commune) so she went to search.
When going to the area of the family’s own pond to water the garden, Mrs. O. was shocked to discover the bodies of the three children mentioned above floating on the surface of the pond.

After that, Mrs. RHE immediately called everyone to come and pick up the 3 children, but they died before that.
Upon receiving the information, the police arrived at the scene to clarify the incident.
According to Mr. Buk, the initial cause of death was determined to be drowning.
“After receiving information about the incident, the commune sent officials to the house to offer encouragement and condolences to the two families. At the same time, the commune also deducted 1 million VND for each child who died.” , Mr. Buk said.
