Gracias Convoca: The Tenth Edition of Honduras’ Premier Cultural and Tourism Festival

This picturesque city will become the epicenter of culture and tourism in Honduras with the celebration of the tenth edition of the festival Thank you Summon.

This annual event, which has gained national and international recognition, promises to offer an unparalleled experience for all attendees who wish to enjoy the art, culture and tradition of the West.

Under the direction of the Gracias, Lempira Regional University Center, of the Francisco Morazán National Pedagogical University, this edition of the festival promises new experiences that include a fair called “Our Roots”, in which the city’s street vegetable vendors will participate.

One of the most exciting novelties of this tenth edition is the incorporation of the municipalities of La Campa and Belén to the event. These two municipalities, located in the vicinity of Gracias, will also offer their tourist attractions during the festival, giving visitors a unique opportunity to explore different destinations in the region.

From beautiful natural landscapes to the richness of its cultural heritage, La Campa and Belén join the celebration to show all their tourism potential.

The organization of the festival is in charge of an outstanding alliance between the National Chamber of Tourism of Honduras (Canaturh), the municipality of Gracias and the Pedagogical University.

These entities work hard to ensure that each edition of the Gracias Convoca festival exceeds the expectations of the attendees and consolidates itself as a benchmark in the country’s cultural and tourism field.

During the four days of the festival, visitors will have access to a wide range of free events open to the general public.

From folk music concerts to local art exhibitions, the festival seeks to highlight the cultural richness of Honduras and encourage exchange between artists and spectators.
