◆ Live photo
Just before the band’s appearance, when the band name was announced, loud cheers erupted from the venue, and hands and towels were raised to the familiar sound effects. “Operation Kyoto! Let’s do our best!” With the words of SUGA (Vo, G) as a signal, the live started with “Here Comes A Miracle”.
“It doesn’t matter if it’s the first time you see us perform live.” ──SUGA
As if covering the voice, the members chorused from head to toe, and the members repeatedly said, “It’s the best” and showed a smile. In such a great scene, the bright melody called “dustbox” is clear. Without a pause, “Riot” and “Bitter Sweet” followed, and the audience’s voices and clapping gradually increased in volume, indicating that they had been waiting for this moment on this day.
JOJI (B, Vo) raises his voice. “I’m really happy just to hear your voice like this. The view of your faces from here is completely different. After all, it’s great to be able to see your expressions.” look at and talk
Then, JOJI said, “Let’s connect it to 10-FEET,” followed by “Emotions” from the 10th album “Intergalactic” released last year. Boosting the power of YU-KI (Dr)’s drums, bass, and guitar, it’s a song that makes you listen to the ensemble with a sense of drive. A song that hits. The swell of the bass is a pleasant feeling, and it is a song that explodes the emotions that arise.
In the second half, the lively stage with 10-FEET, which is unique to the dustbox live of Kyoto Daisakusen, will be exciting. In “Hurdle Race”, JOJI called KOUICHI who was on the side of the stage, or rather, pulled him out onto the stage and made him play the strings of the bass. KOUICHI slid into the stage and sang, and KOUICHI handclaps right next to YU-KI’s drum set, throws sticks into the audience, and goes wild (on people’s stages) as he pleases. In the second half, TAKUMA with a nerdy style carrying a large backpack appears and brings the song to the climax.
In the following “Neo Chavez 400”, JOJI entrusted the bass to NAOKI and rampaged around the narrow stage. The jokes that can only be made because of the relationship between the two who have a long and long relationship, and the respect for each other’s songs and performances because they are band members, make the stage many times more fun. JOJI unintentionally exclaimed, “It’s like a big strategy! Hey!”
“I’m worried about the rain every time, but I hope the best festival will continue forever” (SUGA). Saying that, the stage ended dramatically with “Jupiter”, but “I’m running out of time. It was a stage that attacked waves of evergreen melodies until the end.
