Polemic Masriah, mothers from Sidoarjo sprinkle urine and feces into their neighbour’s house, Wiwik. Instead, his neighbor plans to file a civil suit for the terror of urinating and feces.
Nur Mas’ud, Wiwik’s son-in-law, said that the decision to file a civil lawsuit came after his family heard that Masriah was free after a month in prison at Class II A prison in Sidoarjo. It is known that Nur was the person who also reported the criminal case of dousing urine and feces to the police.
“Our family has agreed, after Masriah is released we will sue her civilly,” Nur Mas’ud was quoted as saying detikJatimSaturday (1/7/2023).
Nur Mas’ud explained that his party had visited a lawyer to see the files that had been prepared. The document was signed last Monday (26/6). The claim is to replace the damages caused by splashing urine and feces.
“The value is around hundreds of millions, we did it to deter Masriah. So that in the future our family will not be underestimated by Masriah,” explained Nur Mas’ud.
Dimas Pangga Putra W, attorney for the Wiwik family, confirmed this. His party has filed a civil suit for the urine and feces sprinkling case that has been committed by Masriah for 6 years since 2017. The lawsuit has been submitted to the Sidoarjo District Court online because a number of agencies are on leave with Eid al-Adha from June 28 to June 30. .
