The security guarantees given by the Kremlin to PMC Wagner in exchange for stopping the rebellion are not working.
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin apparently lied when he gave security guarantees to the Wagner PMC in exchange for stopping the rebellion. In Russia, a high-ranking representative of the group, Ilya Stepanov, under the call sign “Phil”, has been put on the wanted list.
About this July 1st reported the Russian resource “VChK-OGPU”, which, according to human rights activists from Gulagu.net, is supervised by the “M” department of the FSB of Russia.
Phil, according to the resource, headed the regional representatives of Wagner. Moreover, he oversaw the “Project 202”, within the framework of which the recruitment of Russian military personnel into PMCs took place.
“Representatives of the PMC “Wagner” under the leadership of Phil during May – June increased their attempts to persuade the military personnel of the Ministry of Defense to go to the PMC. It was called “Project 202”, recruitment within the framework of it provided for special bonuses. And the money for this went, as Putin said, budget“, – said “VChK-OGPU”.
Earlier, there was also information about the arrest in Syria of the local Wagner elite, at least 4 people were detained. It can be stated that the “cleansing” of the grouping began almost immediately after the cessation of the rebellion. While the Kremlin acts selectively, however, it is obvious that the terror machine will only grow.
According to the head of military intelligence of Ukraine Kirill Budanov, the FSB has already received an order to eliminate Prigozhin. He did not rule out that the Russian special service would either not be able to fulfill it, or would not dare to do so.
Earlier it was reported that Strelkov advises the Russians to prepare for a new series of rebellion.
