Subscribers of Bingerville Blanchon Subdivision Face Mortgage Instead of Land, Call for Ministerial Intervention

While we thought that it had been almost completed since December 2022, especially after the promise made by the Director of the Land Management Agency (AGEF) to the collective of subscribers to settle the case by granting the more than 110 subscribers the 178 lots, the subdivision affair Bingerville whitecoat, so far struggling to be absorbed.

“The director general of the AGEF had promised to do everything possible to ensure that we regain possession of our land at the end of December 2022. We have not received any response. For us, the Agence de Gestion Foncière (AGEF) is no longer a credible intermediary”, insisted Mr. Yaté Gogbé Jean, 2nd vice-president of the group of buyers of the subdivision. Bingerville-blanchon.

And to continue. “When the director of the AGEF tells us that the bank has carried out its mortgage, we don’t know what that means. Our position so far has not changed: it is to regain possession of our land.

What shocks the most subscribers of the subdivision whitecoat, coming for the quasi majority of the diaspora, it is the fact of having chosen to answer the call of the government by investing in the fold and to reap disarray in return. Also, both FACACI and the subscribers who say they have confidence in the Minister of Construction, they asked the Minister of Construction to grant them a discussion meeting on the subject.

“We have faith in Minister Bruno Koné who is already immersed in the situation. Because we know that he will use all the means at his disposal to relieve these populations whose rights and interests FACACI defends insofar as they are consumers in this case. Also, we would like to call on the minister for a frank discussion”, declared Doho Hermann, new PCA of FACACI.

Finally, the subscribers of the subdivision Bingerville Blanchon who say they have faith in the good will of the Minister of Construction to solve the problem, warned the possible customers of the bank on the 178 lots of the subdivision Bingerville whitecoat.

“We would like to give a nod to potential BASIC customers who would like to acquire this land. We tell them before touching these grounds, they will step on us. Because it is at the cost of enormous sacrifices that we have acquired these lands. So, we are not going to let ourselves be dispossessed of our goods by any means. By all means, we will resist”, warned the subscribers of the subdivision Bingerville Blanchon.
