A fundamental change is currently taking place within the marketing tech company Matelso. This also applies to the marketing area. Founder and CEO Frank G. Froux is setting up a new Marketing Communications team consisting of four established Matelso specialists. In addition to actively marketing the company’s products and services, Iwen Kuhn, William Wells, Laura Schmitt and Danny Andris will also take care of employer branding and internal communication.
This is the distribution of tasks
Iwen Kuhn has been working in various positions at Matelso for over seven years. In the future, he will assume the role of Team Lead Marketing Communication & MarTech within the team and will be responsible for budget and resource planning, product staging, data-driven marketing and MarTech setup. The PR and communications expert William Wells will support the team as Lead PR & Corporate Publishing. He will be responsible for all external communication and will create all Matelso print products such as white papers, flyers and studies in the future.
Laura Schmitt has been with the company for nine years and brings with her branding and industry knowledge. She will take on the role of Senior Brand Manager & Designer in the four-strong team. Her expenses include the responsibility of the audiovisual communication products and actions, as well as the consistent communication of the brand, both internally and externally. Danny Andris is the fourth in the group and will act as Junior Brand Manager & Designer. Still in training, he will help showcase the brand with his focus on video, photography and graphic design.
The four-person team has already won a number of new customers with a new website and eight organized events. These include brands such as Autohaus Mothor, Pflegehilfe Schweiz AG and BCS Mobile GmbH.
