Despite major economic turbulence, the Leipzig Kings will play the game in the European League of Football (ELF) against the Berlin Thunder on Sunday. Kick-off is at 2:30 p.m. in the Bruno Plache Stadium in Leipzig. “Let’s make this special – to put into words how grateful we are for all the support from our fans, football fans from Europe and our partners here in Leipzig,” it says on the club’s Facebook page.
