During the next control measures carried out by the employees of the State Environmental Security Service, it was determined that trees were illegally cut in Khatai, Nasimi, Narimanov and Garadag districts of Baku city. SIA informs that service official Bahruz Mahammadov during the investigation of trees in Khatai district, Nasireddin Tusi street “Hayat Residence” LLC, Nasimi district “Invest M. Construction” LLC, Narimanov district, Heydar Aliyev avenue “FMG” LLC, Narimanov district, Tabriz and Hasanoglu streets, “Family Park” JSC, Garadagh district, and in Lokbatan settlement, it was known that it was cut by citizen Tahir Osmanov.
“Act related to the facts has been drawn up, since the amount of damage to green areas for each fact constitutes a criminal offense, the collected documents have been sent to the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan for a legal evaluation of the issue.”
