In today’s capitalist world, companies are often the primary focus of their economic goals. But in turbulent times it becomes increasingly clear that maximizing profit alone is not enough and that external influences can jeopardize success. Climate change, democratic tremors, pandemics and other crises pose major challenges that need to be tackled.

An inspiring discussion took place at the 48forward Festival in the Alte Kongresshalle in Munich, in which Claudia Oeking, Managing Director and Director External Affairs at Philip Morris Germany, and Johannes Müller, Global Head of Communications & ESG at Airbus Defense & Space, together with Daniel Forg illuminated these challenges.
