Right now, the Los Angeles Gladiators are having a pretty middling season. The team has a positive win percentage but finds itself below the upper echelon of teams in the Overwatch League’s West division. To that end, the team appears to be making pretty major roster changes as it looks to make progress in the second half of the season.
The team announced that it has released Dante “Dante” Cruz, meaning it will now be on the market for tank players to take on Dante’s duties.
Speaking about the launch, Gladiators said: “We are grateful that we have a professional like him representing the Gladiators despite his short time with us. We know he will continue to be an important part of the Overwatch community, and we wish him all the best.
There’s no word on where Dante will end up or who will replace him in Gladiators.
