Viar Motor Indonesia (Triangle Motorindo) has just launched two new electric scooters at the Jakarta Fair (PRJ) arena at JIExpo, Kemayoran, Wednesday (28/6/2023). Both of these scooters have the NX and EV1 types. Specifically for the Viar EV1, it has unique characteristics because it looks very similar to the Vespa Sprint. What are the specifications like?
In appearance, the Viar EV1 has a modern minimalist exterior design. The headlights are hexagonal in shape with the LED DRL line in the middle. What’s interesting is that the designs on the wings, turn signals, and the three fins on the front side are identical to the Vespa. There are also blue accents on the edges of the wings and the three fins.

One of the important features in this motorbike is the parking button to prevent accidental acceleration when the gas lever is turned. Another safety feature is an alarm system that functions to lock the vehicle when it is parked and if the alarm is ‘on’ and the motorbike is pushed, the rear wheels will lock.
There are also many modern nuances embedded in the scooter which costs Rp. 15,320,000, starting from the LED lights on the front and rear, then the instrument panel is equipped with digital technology with a negative display which makes it easy to read in all conditions.

Viar EV1 uses 90/90-10 inch wheels combined with tubeless tires, and is equipped with disc braking types for the front and rear wheels. Judging from the trunk of this motorbike, it feels quite spacious and enough to carry riding equipment such as jackets or raincoats.
In terms of performance, this eco-friendly scooter uses a 1,000 watt motor and is supported by a graphene battery with a power of 72V 22.3Ah, which is capable of producing speeds of 50 km/h and can cover a distance of up to 70 km, so it is safe and comfortable to use as an accompanying activity.
Viar EV1 can already be ordered at Viar dealers in Indonesia and is offered in two choices, namely silver romano and red milano.
