The African region is a promising and quite significant area, writes BELTA with reference to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

“Along with the strengthening of positions in our traditional markets and the increase in the share of Belarusian food, new markets are also being developed. Thus, in January-April 2023, Belarusian products were supplied to Ghana, Egypt, Côte d’Ivoire, Mauritania, Nigeria, Senegal and Uganda.

The list of goods supplied from Belarus includes dry dairy products, horn-hoofed raw materials, offal, beef, poultry meat, alcoholic beverages and more. At the same time, citrus fruits, fruits, cocoa, fresh flowers, vegetables, and coffee are imported from Africa.
