Eisenführ Speiser Strengthens Patent Litigation Team with Attorney Philipp Neels, LL.M.

The IP law firm Eisenführ Speiser continues its strategic growth: Attorney Philipp Neels, LL.M. (48) reinforced from the July 1, 2023 the patent litigation team of the law firm in Hamburg.

Philipp Neels primarily advises on litigation in patent and utility model law. He specializes in particular in representation in German and international patent infringement, nullity and arbitration proceedings, primarily in the life sciences, telecommunications and mechanical engineering sectors, as well as in contractual advice on related issues. In particular, he also has experience in enforcing Standard Essential Patents (SEP).

Philipp Neels has been working as a lawyer in the IP sector since 2007.
