Regional Governor of Epirus Discusses Various Issues in Pre-Election Period

Regarding the concession of the Belissario camp, the Regional Governor explained that discussions had begun during the tenure of the late Mayor of Ioannina, M. Elisaf. The final document was prepared in collaboration with the then President of the Municipal Council and current Mayor, D. Papageorgiou. Mr. Kahrimanis stated that all issues have been resolved with the National Defense Fund, bringing the matter to a close.

Mr. Kahrimanis also touched upon the utilization of Lake Zirou and the recent decision to designate Kakavia as an exit point to Albania for livestock exports.
