German DJ MANDY Live at Aqua Luna, Riga: A Night of Electronic Music Bliss

This Saturday, June 17, the popular German electronic music DJ and producer “MANDY” will perform at “Aqua Luna” night club.

Patrick Bodmer or MANDY’s club creations started already in the 80s with performances in smaller dance floors and clubs, but the biggest success was expected in 2002, when this man decided to found a sound recording company “Get Physical’. In just four years since its founding, it has already become one of the fastest growing and strongest electronic music brands in Germany. Moving to Berlin, in 2005, Patrick together with Booka Shade recorded one of his best-known hits – it could even be called the composition of the decade – “Body Language”, which was included in many selections and played on all the world’s dance music radio stations.

Later, the producer recorded a mix for the London club and label “Fabric”, and in 2009 released a compilation on the prestigious label “Renaissance” – at that time the influential portal “Resident Advisor” wrote that “the maturity, mind and cohesion of MANDY today [elektroniskajā mūzikā] is a great rarity.”

Patriks Bodmers has prepared a special summer program for the Riga event, within which he will perform his best works. It should be noted that local DJs Merola and Electricano will also perform on stage during the evening.
