US Crude Oil Inventories Surge by Almost 8 Million Barrels – Latest Report by EIA

(AOF) – The US Energy Information Agency (EIA) reported that crude oil inventories rose by 7.919 million barrels last week, with specialists forecasting a rise of 1.482 million barrels after -0.451 million the previous week. Gasoline inventories, for their part, increased by 2.108 million barrels. The consensus anticipated an increase of 0.637 million barrels. Stocks of distilled products, including heating oil, rose by 2.123 million barrels, while the market was anticipating an increase of 0.922 million barrels.
