A video from a car park in Viken county shows a dramatic confrontation between two men. The case has now been reported to the police
The man tells Dagbladet that he was on a drive with his partner when it all started.
He claims that they accidentally ended up behind a car belonging to a company he previously worked for. Behind the wheel sat his old boss.
– My roommate and I were out driving, then we accidentally ended up behind my boss. He claimed afterwards that I was quite close to his car. Then he suddenly braked, he tells Dagbladet.
The man in his 20s claims the middle-aged man then tried to push him out of the way with the company car.
– Then he started to push me to the side, but I was able to drive past him. I then tried to drive away from him, but he followed and kept trying to push me out of the way.
Dagbladet has been in contact with the man’s old boss, who says that he does not want to comment on the case.

The man claims that the middle-aged man followed his car for a while, before the man in his 20s stopped at a fast food restaurant in a town in Viken county.
He claims he was then confronted by his old boss.
– Then I stopped at the fast food restaurant. He went out, came running and asked what the hell I was doing? Then said: “I drive a car, what do you do?”.
The man in his 20s says that he had quit the middle-aged man’s company just before Easter, but that he still has not received the final settlement he believes he is entitled to.
The man’s old boss is said to have then complained about the way he left the company.
– He claimed I quit in a horrible way, and then I said: “Where the hell is my holiday money?”.
The situation must then have escalated dramatically, according to the man in his 20s.
– Then he started hitting me, he says.
The video shows the younger man being punched in the face.
He claims he was beaten several times by the middle-aged man.
– I was hit twice in the face and once in the stomach. The first blow was not included in the video.
The man in his 20s says that he did not sustain any lasting injuries from the blows, but that he had “taken a hit” and went to the emergency room after the incident.

A video posted on Facebook shows parts of the incident.
In the video, you can see that the man in his 20s is standing by his car, while he is discussing with the man who is supposed to be his old boss.
– Just try yourself. You should have been beaten, says the middle-aged man in the video.
The younger man can be heard complaining repeatedly.
The video shows that the man in his 20s is hit in the head, and collapses over the car door.
The man in his 20s stands up again and exchanges a few words with his old boss, before the video ends.
The video has been shared over 1,000 times and several people have left comments criticizing the middle-aged man.
In the aftermath of the incident, more than 50 negative reviews have been left on the Facebook page of the company for which the middle-aged man works.

The middle-aged man posted a post on Facebook apologizing for the incident.
“I must first apologize for the episode that occurred on Sunday. Sorry that anger got the better of me, but it shouldn’t happen anyway. I have been in contact with those involved and talked to both parents until he is concerned and we have cleared things up. Again just to apologize,” the man wrote in the post.
The man in his 20s confirms that the middle-aged man contacted him after the incident, but tells Dagbladet that he has not forgiven his old boss.
– He has called and is very humble and apologizes so much. He wanted to fix things up and wanted to talk to both me and my roommate. But we are not quite there yet because of what has happened.
The man in his 20s tells Dagbladet that the relationship has been reported to the police.
Sør-Öst police district confirms to Dagbladet that the police were on the scene during the incident and that they have now opened a case.
