A 13-year-old boy is in critical condition after being rescued from the lake in Prospect Park in Brooklyn.
The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Emergency services took the boy to Methodist Hospital in serious condition, after being pulled from the water by good Samaritans who were near the area at the time.
The investigation of the facts is ongoing.
